User - an individual or legal entity that has placed their personal information through the Feedback Form on the website with the subsequent purpose of transferring data to the Site Administration.
Feedback Form - a special form where the User places their personal information for the purpose of transferring data to the Site Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Site.

3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Site Administration through the Feedback Form implies the User's consent to the transfer of their personal data.
3.3. The Site Administration processes information about the User, including their personal data such as name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, phone number, Skype, etc., as well as additional information provided by the User at their discretion: organization, city, position, etc., for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the User of the Site.
3.4. The processing of personal data is based on the principles of:
a) legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and fairness;
b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared during the collection of personal data;
c) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing;
d) inadmissibility of combining databases created for incompatible purposes, containing personal data.
3.5. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data with their consent for the purpose of providing services/selling goods offered on the Site.
4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The User's personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used strictly for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION

9. USER APPEALS
9.1. The User has the right to send their requests to the Site Administration, including regarding the use/deletion of their personal data, in writing to the address specified in clause 1.
9.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information:
for an individual:
- the number of the main identity document of the User or their representative;
- information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
- the date of registration through the Feedback Form;
- the text of the request in free form;
- the signature of the User or their representative.
for a legal entity:
- a request in free form on letterhead;
- the date of registration through the Feedback Form;
- the request must be signed by an authorized person with attached documents confirming the authority of the person.
9.3. The Site Administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the User's request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Site Administration from the User (written/electronic appeals) is considered confidential information and is not disclosed without the User's written consent. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the User's special consent, except for answering the subject of the received request or in cases directly provided for by the legislation.
